Shipping and Delivery Conditions

We ship:

• Throughout Europe
• Within the EU, also to islands (possibly with an island surcharge)
• To Switzerland
• Worldwide, including to other countries and continents

Delivery usually takes place from our warehouse in Cologne (Am Eifeltor 501, 50997 Cologne), unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Our goods are shipped worldwide via various shipping service providers such as UPS, DHL Express, HK Post, Aramax or AliDelivery. The choice of shipping partner depends on the destination country, shipping method and availability.

The currently valid shipping times can be viewed during the ordering process (e.g. in the shopping cart). Unless otherwise stated, we deliver free of charge. Any additional costs for special shipping options or international deliveries will be clearly displayed during the order.

Please note that there may be delays in delivery by the shipping service provider, over which we have no influence. We assume no liability for these delays.

Returns & Refusal of Acceptance:
Should a delivery not be deliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer and be returned to us, the costs for a new delivery are to be borne by the buyer. The same applies in the event of refusal of acceptance without a valid reason.
