You photograph a signature, a letter or a short note and upload the file directly during the ordering process. We digitally clean the scan while preserving every characteristic of your handwriting—stroke thickness, flow and small pauses between letters.

This professional post-processing ensures that even an older, slightly faded note from a diary or birthday card appears clean as an engraving. You don't need an additional ink set like with fingerprint jewelry; a photo or a good scan is enough. If you're unsure about the template, we'll check in advance whether the quality is sufficient for a deep 3D engraving.

Because each piece is finalized by hand at the end, no engraving is exactly like another. You send us your template in advance by email or through the contact form, then we check the resolution, line quality and the possible result on your desired model. Upon request, you'll receive a preview design before the piece actually goes into production.

The order can be completely handled online, including free shipping within Germany, Austria, Switzerland and many other European countries. You can pay by invoice, credit card, PayPal or Klarna. If you're unsure after receiving it, our return policy applies to all pieces without finished personalization.

Because each piece is handcrafted, we plan between seven and fourteen days of processing time depending on the model. Our goldsmiths use this time for polishing, plating and final inspection. So in the end you receive a piece of jewelry that not only shows your handwriting but also carries a tangible tradition of craftsmanship.
