Urn ring
An urn ring preserves the ashes of a loved one in fine jewelry and lets you wear your memory on your finger. At Mon Amor, we craft each urn ring as an ash ring with a sealable chamber that you can fill yourself. This way, a part of the person you miss stays very close to you.

The ring looks like a timeless piece of jewelry from the outside. On the inside, it carries the ashes or hair that matter to you. From a distance, no one can tell that there's more than metal shining on your hand. It's exactly this discretion that makes the cremation ring a quiet companion for every moment of your everyday life. You can wear it to work just as well as to special occasions.
We'll engrave a name, date, or message into the metal if you'd like. We accompany every order with personal advice so your ring turns out exactly as you imagine it. We don't charge for shipping to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Within Europe, we ship safely and insured.
We design your cremation ring so it matches your story perfectly. Whether it's a simple inscription, a loving nickname, or a fingerprint of the person you miss, every personalized engraving is created by hand in our workshop and then digitally refined. The result looks finer and deeper than a simple laser engraving. Every line and every curve gets more depth and presence on your finger this way.
Initials, first names, birthdays, or zodiac signs are popular choices. Some of our customers choose coordinates of a special place, others ask for a heartbeat from a cardiogram. Handwriting engravings from letters or notes can also be made visible on the ring and remain preserved in metal. We're happy to incorporate individual symbols that only have meaning for the two of you.
For the shape of your cremation ring, there are various widths, surfaces, and styles to choose from. We'll advise you on which option suits your hand and your everyday life. You can determine the right ring sizes at home using our simple instructions. If you're unsure, you can ask us your questions anytime via our online chat.
Every cremation ring at Mon Amor is made from high-quality 925 sterling silver, 935 silver, 333 gold, or 585 gold. If you'd like, we'll gold-plate the silver core in 18kt or 24kt. We also use stainless steel if special durability is important to you. Learn more about material and quality in our workshop section. Which precious metal suits you depends on your budget, skin sensitivity, and personal style.
The goldsmiths behind every cremation ring work to classical jewelry standards and combine this with modern 3D manufacturing. They seal the ash chamber so nothing can escape. After production, we apply a protective coating of rhodium or palladium at 0.03 micrometers thick. This coating protects against wear and preserves the color deep in the material.
Our plating is 1.0 micrometer thick, which is significantly more substance than industry standard. This way, your cremation ring's shine stays intact even after years. We inspect every finished piece individually before it's packaged and discreetly shipped to you. If you have questions about care, you'll receive a short guide with your delivery.
The 3D engraving makes your cremation ring tangible, not just visible. Our CNC technology works the motif up to 0.3 mm deep into the surface so you can feel every detail with your finger. Flat laser engravings, like many competitors use, don't achieve this precision. The tangible depth gives the motif a sculptural character that remains clearly recognizable even in daylight.
For fingerprints, we just need a clean paper print. You don't need an ink pad set. Our team cleans your template digitally, adjusts the contrasts, and then embosses the print into genuine jewelry quality. Even the tiniest lines and grooves end up recognizable on the metal. Even pencil or ballpoint pen notes from a diary can be transformed into jewelry this way.
You can choose between two engraving techniques. Light lines stand out against a polished background, dark lines create a calm contrast. Which option has a stronger effect depends on the motif and material. We're happy to discuss the right technique for your cremation ring with you. See more motifs in our fingerprint collection.
No cremation ring at Mon Amor is like another. Every engraving, whether fingerprint, handwriting, heartbeat, or name, makes the ring a piece of jewelry that exists as a cremation ring only once. Especially with a keepsake, it's exactly this uniqueness that counts. Every detail reveals who wears this ring and who it reminds them of.
Even small details noticeably change the effect. A delicate inner engraving with a birth date, a pet name on the outside, or a handwriting engraving with the signature of the person you miss give the ring its own soul. This turns a piece of jewelry into a very personal companion.
We take time for every idea and bring it to life with you together. If you're unsure which engraving matches your feelings, just get in touch with us. Your cremation ring should accompany you for a long time and remind you in every moment of the person you carry in your heart. At Mon Amor, we craft it with the care your memory deserves.
