Delivery and shipping conditions

We ship:

• Europe-wide
• Within the EU also at islands (possibly with island surcharge)
• In the Switzerland
• Worldwide also in other countries and continents

Delivery is usually made from our warehouse in Cologne (Am Eifeltor 501, 50997 Cologne), unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We ship our goods worldwide via various shipping providers such as UPS, DHL Express, HK Post, Aramax, or AliDelivery. The choice of shipping partner depends on the destination country, shipping method, and availability.

The currently valid ones Shipping times Shipping costs are visible during the ordering process (e.g., in the shopping cart). Unless otherwise stated, we offer free shipping. Any additional costs for special shipping options or international deliveries will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.

Please note that delivery may be delayed by the shipping provider, and we have no control over this. We accept no liability for these delays.

Returns & Refusal of Acceptance:
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer and is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the costs of redelivery. The same applies in the event of refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason.
