1. Select a piece of jewelry
We offer finger, foot and handprint necklaces, individual engravings, and unique personalized memorial jewelry to commemorate the last holiday or special moments in the lives of friends and mourners.
Our extensive range of jewelry is tailored to your individual needs. Together, we'll create a selection of pieces that you'd like to offer locally or online. NEW: Flexible catalog function for all categories, product pages and individual shopping carts.
2. Personalize and Order
The customer places an order with you manually or through your online shop without us having access to their customer data. Once the customer has ordered the jewelry from you, please contact us and order the jewelry as previously agreed, either through our shop (preferred) or manually via email.
The printout can be sent directly in the configurator or after placing the order.
We will then take care of the further processing and start production after your payment.
3. Simple and fast payment
Payment is convenient and secure via a payment provider such as PayPal in euros. You have the option to pay online by credit card or another preferred payment method. After a successful transaction, you will automatically receive proof of payment directly from the payment provider.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will start producing your individual piece of jewelry.
We currently do not offer payment by invoice.
4. Delivery and shipping of the piece of jewelry
Once production is complete, your piece of jewelry will be carefully cleaned, polished, and packaged. The jewelry can be sent either to your company or directly to the customer. You have the option of choosing between different shipping methods: either you receive each piece individually or as a consolidated shipment with several pieces in one delivery. This allows you to optimally adapt the shipping to your individual processes. Note: Up to 20% discount for orders of 3 or more jewelry items.
